St. Dalfour

Family company St. Dalfour was founded in 1984 in the southwest of France, in the region of Aquitaine. The company has gained worldwide fame thanks to sugar-free fruit jams, in which fructose is replaced by concentrated grape juice. This innovative way of cooking jam was accidentally invented by the grandmother of the current president of the company, Mr. Kistner. During World War II, sugar was difficult to get, and it was very expensive. Therefore, Grandma Mr. Kistner replaced sugar with grape juice. The principles of the company have always been and remain: the excellent taste of products, exclusively natural composition and quality of each ingredient. All products are prepared in small batches so each step is carefully monitoring. Without dyes, preservatives, food additives.
