Monini GranFruttto Extra Virgin

GranFruttto - it is the highest expression of Monini's oil making expertise. Granfruttato is made exclusively from just under ripe olives which give a lower percentage of oil but have a very high percentage of antioxidants (polyphenols). Antioxidants enhance the fragrance and aroma while giving a consistently stable taste and make of this extra virgin a perfect seasoning to be used fresh directly on the dish.
